"Like many couples, we initially weren't sure if we would have videography at our wedding purely because of cost. However, we ultimately decided to have it because we wanted to capture as many memories as we could from the day. We could not be happier that we decided to work with Altar and Aster!!! In researching our wedding, I watched a ton of films from different videography companies of varying price points, and Altar and Aster came up on top by far, not only in quality and content of their videos, but by value! They are not only really reasonably priced, but produce amazing and high quality videos that are a joy to watch. We love everything about our wedding video!! I could not stop watching it and was so excited to be able to look back on the day. Video does add more than photo can and something different, so please if you're considering video and it's somewhat in the budget, my suggestion is please do it!!! Elisabeth was also so incredible to work with throughout the wedding planning process, which can be stressful. She was always very prompt in responding to us, sent helpful questionnaires spread out throughout the months leading up to the wedding to help organize and gather useful videography-related information, really followed through on all input and preferences that we had for the video. We always found her to be helpful and very professional. The videographer on the day was non-intrusive in terms of shooting style (which we specifically requested), and the video is just beautiful!! we are very happy with them and highly recommend hiring Elisabeth and Altar and Aster to shoot your wedding.!"

We just received our highlight film and it was so perfect! It was better than what we imagined. Elisabeth and Luke are great at what they do. Altar and Aster I will say was very simple to work with. The team that Elisabeth and Luke set us up with on our wedding day were fun people to work with and seemed like they knew how to capture the day's magic. "My husband & I are so glad we hired Altar and Aster to capture our special day. Hiring a videographer was one of the final decisions we made so we did not have a huge budget for it, but Altar and Aster's structure and pricing were a great fit. Our wedding was May 2023 in San Diego, and the local videographers we had onsite were very professional from start to finish, and very friendly! They did a great job capturing special, little moments throughout the day. Our final Highlight video and Ceremony video were beautifully edited, and received as promised, 16 weeks from the wedding date. We would recommend Altar and Aster to other couples looking for timeless wedding videography!"

We were hesitant at first to hire a videographer at all, but once we started looking around for one, the portfolio on the white elm website, as well as the responsive and helpful customer service made the choice easy. We received a teaser video, a highlight video, and a full length documentary video. After watching all three, we wouldn’t give up a single one of them.
